| I gotta tell ya, it?s nice to have a trusted shop to take care of our vehicle. We aren?t of the mindset of only owning this car until the loan is paid off then getting a new one (and passing on a car with a shorter life expectancy because it was only lightly maintained), so keeping this car maintained so it runs strong for many many years is our game plan. I?m glad we found a shop that shares that goal. |

| I had my ?16 Forester touring model windshield replaced by some one else. The ?eyesight ? wasn?t working and all dash warning lights came on. NW Subie had my car for 4 hours and everything works perfectly. They even checked brakes, lights, air! Great loaner car too! Super friendly also. |

| Had our 90K tune done on our 2020 Ascent. Also found we needed rear brakes, and they were able to get it done on the same visit. Front brakes are an issue with the Ascent and they had replaced ours 30K ago, but some shimying already. They looked up and found an extended warranty notice with SOA that will now pay for upgraded parts to have that repair done for free, and be re-imbursed for the repair done 30K ago. I would have never known if they had not done the research!! Amazing service!!! |
